Fox Hollow (3 sub-boards) Fox Hollow is one of the most prestigious of the four houses. The house has three stories. The first story has the main room, kitchen, laundry room and the Head of the house's room. The second floor is strictly women and the third men. It stands on the North side of the Complex. Quail Ridge (3 sub-boards) Quail Ridge is similar to the Deer Trail house, but it resides on the West side of the Complex. This house has two floors; the main room, kitchen, laundry room and men on the first floor. Women are on the second floor. Quail Ridge is decorated in navy blue and black, the house colors. Breeding Shed (1 sub-board) The Breeding Shed is where breeding and foaling takes place. Breeding is done in a paddock, just outside the barn, and all foaling is to be done inside. Stallion Stables (2 sub-boards) The Stallion Stable is where all ISF's stallions are to be stalled. Each stall is specifically designed to house stallions. Main Arena The Main Arena is located next to the Quail Ridge house on the West side of the Complex. This arena is covered for all-weather riding and measures 100' x 200'. It is a flat only ring that may be used for general riding, lunging or Dressage. Next to the arena is a shed. Inside here is a movable dressage ring that maybe be put into the arena for practice that measures 66' x 198', various poles and cavalettis, cones, etc. Moderators: LyssaPOP!, riesling™

Upper Arena The Upper Arena is for Hunter riding only. There is a set of 8 jumps ranging from brick walls to brush to picket fences. There is one single jump, two outside lines and two diagonal/inside lines. The outside lines measure 72' and the diagonal/inside lines 48'. This arena measures 100' x 200'. Lower Arena The Lower Arena is used for Show/Stadium Jumping only. There is a total of 18 jumps in the arena. All are brightly colored and most haves striped poles. There is a large brick wall, a jump with a liverpool and more. There is both a double and a triple combo, lines and singles. The Lower Arena measures 200' x 200'. There is a heated/air-conditioned judge's box above the arena on one side which can be used for small groups to sit in during the winter or hot summer days, and stadium seating for 300 on the other side of the arena. Western Arena The Western arena is where Ironstone's Western riders may practice. There is a shed next to the arena that holds all of the items needed for the different disciplines; Barrel Racing, Gymkhana, and Trail. The Fields Ironstone's cross country course is built to the highest standards. Depending on the path you take, the course is either one mile, two and three fourths miles, or four miles long. Each course consists of various obstacles such as banks, ditches, coffins, brush and log jumps, skinny jumps, a small lake, etc. The courses wrap nearly around the whole property. Turkey Hill The Ironstone trails weave throughout Turkey Hill. Depending on the trail you take, the difficulty ranges from beginner (a short trail with only small hills), novice, intermediate, to advanced (the longest trail with drops, banks, ditches, creeks, etc.). Keep a good hold of your reins and watch out for wild animals running loose. This area was called Turkey Hill for a reason. Moderators: LyssaPOP!, riesling™

Turnouts The turnouts are suited for stallions, but other horses may be turned out here as well. Each turnout paddock sits on half an acre and is lined with white vinyl and Electrobraid fencing. Each also sits six feet apart to prevent stallions from reaching each other over the fence. The turnouts are located next to the Stallion Stable. There are five total, all in a row. Telynau Theaters You have two options. Indoor or outdoor. When spring and summer hit and the nights are warm, Telynau will open their drive-ins to customers. The Loft (4 sub-boards) The Loft a glorified warehouse in town, owned by Ironstone. The first floor is the Ironstone Ballroom. It is only open for special Ironstone events. The second story is split into three different areas. It has everything a rider could possibly need. One room is The Tack Room, where items for both horse and rider can be purchased. A second room is The Feed Shop which has everything needed to stock the four houses of Ironstone and the grain rooms of each barn. The third room is The Lounge where the riders of Ironstone may come to hang out and relax, away from the Complex. There is a Starbucks inside the Lounge. Moderators: LyssaPOP!, riesling™

Gold's Gym Gold's Gym is one of the most popular franchises in the United States. Ironstone Farms is lucky enough to have one so close by! After paying the membership fee, you are free to come and go as you please, take classes, or work with a personal trainer. Welcome to Ironstone Farms, America's premier English riding facility. Riders from all reaches of the Earth apply, but only the best get a chance to come ride and train with the best. The best part is, everything is free. There are no fees to be paid, you get a full ride. All you have to do is bring your personal items. Upon your arrival, you will be placed into one of the four houses and supplied with a horse to ride, train, and show. When the show season rolls around, the four houses compete against each other. Each rider earns points for their house when they place at a show. At the end of the year, the top house and top rider are placed into the Hall of Fame. ~ Horses are always being imported and new riders accepted. So please take a look around, and if you like what you see, feel free to send in an application!

10.07.2011 » Uhh, wow, it sure has been awhile! Oops... Ironstone had a little down time, but now we're coming back! And we're going to come back strong! We're starting off with a brand new skin. Isn't it beautiful? Nice cool colors for the winter season that we're heading into out in the real world. And this is just in time for our one year anniversary as well! Keep your eyes peeled for special anniversary/Halloween events that will be happening around the stables!

After a slow spring season, we are happy to announce that with the coming of summer, Ironstone will be reopened! Yippee! Once we get enough members back, or new, we will most likely hold auditions for moderators as well, so keep your eyes peeled for that!

Nixon and I feel that Ironstone is being neglected, so we decided an activity check would be great now. Season » Winter
Expect there to be constant cloud cover this winter. There will be few clear days, some partly cloudy, and most overcast. Snow will blanket the facilities during most of the winter, and it will snow mostly at night, though occasionally during the day. There will be frigid breezes here and there, and the occasional snow storm may rise. All of the Ironstone horses are body clipped, so make sure to keep their blankets on and use those quarter sheets while out for a ride. Be extra cautious in the snow.
